Bring a large group of high-profile external experts through a complex partnership and content-production lifecycle while ensuring their expertise aligned with IIN’s curriculum goals. Success required creating a strong faculty experience from outreach and onboarding through content development, filming, and ongoing relationship management while coordinating numerous internal stakeholders.
My Role
Led the visiting faculty partnership process from strategic selection and outreach through onboarding, content development, filming, and long-term relationship management.

Researched and vetted prospective faculty based on program needs, expertise, audience relevance, and organizational alignment
Managed outreach, relationship development, contracting coordination, scheduling, and onboarding across a large faculty pipeline
Led content-development conversations to understand faculty expertise and translate curriculum objectives into clear topics, talking points, and deliverables
Prepared partners for production through briefs, timelines, expectations, production guidance, and ongoing communication
Served as a primary relationship lead before, during, and after filming, addressing questions and coordinating needs throughout the engagement

Strategic Account Growth + Product Adoption
Success Challenge
Introduce an unfamiliar premium product line into the San Diego hospitality market while protecting the existing Red Bull business within the same accounts. Success required identifying the right accounts, helping buyers and staff understand where Organics fit within their business, and coordinating distributor and internal teams to drive adoption and consistent execution.
My Role
Owned the San Diego market launch across account strategy, relationship development, product education, sales execution, distributor coordination, and ongoing account support, helping hospitality partners understand, adopt, and successfully integrate the new product line.

Identified and prioritized hospitality accounts based on customer fit, business opportunity, and premium positioning
Built relationships with owners, buyers, beverage directors, distributors, and account teams to understand needs and secure appropriate placements
Developed account-specific strategies that positioned Organics distinctly from the existing Red Bull portfolio

Success Challenge
Drive rapid adoption of a national product launch across a multi-state territory while coordinating distributor partners, priority accounts, product education, pre-launch activity, and ongoing execution. Success required creating early account momentum while maintaining consistent follow-through across a large number of relationships after launch.
My Role
Led the Southern New England launch across priority account adoption, distributor alignment, product education, trial programming, and execution tracking, managing relationships and follow-through across a multi-state territory.

Identified and prioritized high-opportunity accounts across the territory based on adoption potential and business opportunity

Success Challenge
Help an emerging beverage brand become more market-ready by clarifying its story, creating the tools needed to engage consumers and partners, and testing where the product resonated. The work required functioning as a hands-on partner to the founder across messaging, partnerships, ambassador development, market activation, PR coordination, and ongoing business needs.
My Role
Worked closely with the founder as a hands-on strategic and operational partner, helping translate business priorities into messaging, partner initiatives, market activations, and repeatable programs that supported the brand’s growth and market readiness.
Owned + Delivered
Refined brand messaging, audience positioning, and product education across consumer- and partner-facing materials
Developed website copy, sales tools, event materials, and internal resources to support outreach and partner conversations
Built the ambassador program from the ground up, including participant profiles, recruitment, applications, onboarding, communications, and program structure
Managed ambassador relationships and created an educational event designed to strengthen engagement, product understanding, and connection to the brand
Developed and coordinated sampling partnerships across yoga, Pilates, running communities, chef experiences, wellness events, and retail

Success Challenge
Modernize a nearly 20-year-old community program while preserving what made it effective and creating clearer systems for volunteers, future program leaders, and potential expansion. Success required coordinating educators, wellness professionals, volunteers, speakers, schools, participants, and Junior League leadership while turning an established local program into a more consistent and repeatable experience.
My Role
Serve as Co-Chair and program lead, overseeing program strategy, stakeholder relationships, curriculum development, volunteer enablement, participant experience, and live delivery while building the systems needed for consistent execution and future expansion.
Owned + Delivered
Modernized the curriculum in collaboration with educators, wellness professionals, and child-development experts
Developed a cohesive participant journey spanning self-expression, communication, relationships, digital behavior, healthy habits, and leadership
Created facilitator materials, volunteer guides, scripts, setup checklists, room-flow plans, and transition documents to create a more consistent delivery experience
Recruited, onboarded, and coordinated volunteers, speakers, activity leaders, and external contributors
Managed participant logistics and day-of operations across large-format weekend programming
Built relationships with schools and local experts to strengthen curriculum quality and expand access

Partner Experience + Cross-Functional Event Delivery
Success Challenge
Deliver a cohesive two-day experience for IIN’s global community while coordinating 13 external speakers and numerous internal teams across programming, production, content, marketing, alumni, and executive leadership. Success depended on keeping speakers informed and supported, aligning stakeholders around a shared run of show, and resolving changes quickly without disrupting the participant experience.
My Role
Co-produced the two-day event while owning the speaker experience and programming workflow, serving as a central relationship and coordination lead across faculty, executives, production, content, marketing, alumni, and event partners.
Owned + Delivered
Managed the end-to-end speaker experience, including outreach, booking, scheduling, briefing, preparation, ongoing communication, and day-of support
Served as a primary point of contact for faculty, helping resolve schedule changes, production needs, questions, and last-minute issues
Built the two-day programming schedule and helped shape a cohesive experience across keynotes, panels, movement sessions, and community programming
Created run-of-show documents and coordinated speaker transitions, backstage logistics, production timing, and content-capture requirements
Coordinated across production, content, marketing, executives, alumni, and external partners to keep stakeholders aligned and programming on track
Anticipated and resolved operational issues during live delivery while protecting the speaker and attendee experience
Supported integration of alumni activations and wellness experiences into the broader program
Identified and introduced an external wellness partner that resulted in an on-site branded activation
