WHAT TO EXPECT

ABOUT JACQUI

Jacqui Bongiovani is a certified yoga teacher, meditation teacher, and National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach with a background in wellness, events, partnerships, and group facilitation. She completed her 200-hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training in Koh Phangan, Thailand, and has guided yoga and meditation experiences for corporate teams, community events, and large-scale wellness gatherings, including teaching in the heart of NYC with over 200 participants.

Her teaching style is grounding, warm, and accessible, creating space for people to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and leave feeling more present in their bodies and lives.
